After verification, I was told the product would ship out the following day. Three days later I had still not received a tracking number. I proceded to use Directron's online forum to attempt to resolve the issue. "CS_George" was extremely helpful got the product shipped out the next day complete with tracking number and offered to refund my shipping for the delay which I never asked for.
