I just don't get it. You and I were discussing this very problem a year ago regarding packing of harddrives and other fragile hardware. Directron either keeps its employees forever or trains them the exact same way:
1. Put bubble-wrapped harddrives in box ensuring that the edges with single wrapping of bubble wrap are facing down;
2. Pour peanuts around sides and over top, ensuring that no peanuts are in the bottom of the box;
3. Seal box and put FRAGILE lable on top of box.
THIS IS CRAZY! $194 in harddrives bounced down the road by UPS and you expect them to hold the data for my company for several years without crashing?
