"I order a replacement lamp worth $168 including shipping by USPS and tax for my Sony DLP KDF 55WF655. It was shipped according to the seller but I never received the item. The email shipping confirmation had different order number and the tracking number was said delivered but I was there with the mailman on the day it said delivered but my item was not there.
After a several phone and emails to customer service all I got is they shipped the item and didn't have any responsibility for it.
It looks like that they misplaced the order and now I am bearing the lost.
Of course I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction.
After about 3 weeks trying to resolve the matter with the Discount Merchant and Paypal, I ended up buying the lamp from another seller from Ebay, It was $114 shipped and delivered to my door 3 days later. If you want your replacement lamp, go to Ebay,it's cheaper and there are several excellent sellers there. I wished I know this before ordering the lamp from Discount Merchant.
