Great experience

"They are the real deal. All bad reviews pretty much pertain to Covid which messed up supply chain, shipping, and everything else. They’re great. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that they mentioned to call them if there was any difficulty with the delivery while the delivery drivers were at our home. With some delivery times late in the day, their customer service number is already closed for the day. This needs to be resolved. Just a small blip for an otherwise excellent experience. "

"Nadir did a very good job as our Customer Service representative. Nadir kept us informed during the shipping delay caused by the lack of fabric to build and ship our order. We received regular updates during this delay and once our order was built the shipping and delivery process was quick and without problem. The delivery team was punctual and delivery was completed on schedule. We would recommend Nadir and the rest of the discount Living rooms team without reservation. Product, customer service and delivery exceeded expectations."

Incredible Customer Service !!!

"I have ordered furniture online many times. But I have never experienced the level of customer service I received from Nadir and discountlivingrooms.com. Nadir reached out to me multiple times to give me a status on my order. Even after the product was delivered, he called just to make sure everything was okay. In this day and age, that's pretty amazing. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again. They truly are top class."

Good customer service

"I ordered a bedroom set. The first items arrived in about 60 days. The remaining 2 items took a long time, 16 months and 18 months! However, I was kept up to date on the status on a regular basis. I think this was just a back order and beyond their control. "

"The product quality and pricing was excellent. They beat many other suppliers price for the same set ordered. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was the wait time to receive the product. We understand many things have long lead times nowadays, but it is communicated from the jump that you should receive within 8 weeks at the longest. Ours took 5 months. Customer Service was great and worked with us."

Online sales and delivery process met our expectations

"We ordered a sofa set and the order process was easy and they said the items were in stock but it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sure enough in 5 weeks we got the delivery and with their white glove delivery it was easy and within half an hour the delivery and setup was done to our satisfaction. The delivery agents were professional and courteous and respectful of the interior carpets and floors. I would recommend the company use Zelle for payments instead of the option to pay with a check, which worked fine, but would make the customer feel more secure. I would probably purchase furniture from this company again since this order gave me the needed confidence in using them."

Not bad, but all offshored

"So, there is no brick and mortar store which I was not aware until after I ordered. For the most part, everyone was helpful, but, all communications and customer service is in the Phillipines, so you have to be ready to deal with that and that's not my style. But, it worked out. The number one biggest issue is fulfillment. The items I ordered were all in stock and other dealers told me I could have had them delivered in 10 days. It took Emma Mason 8 weeks. Simply not worth the savings in my opinion. This is the one reason that I will likely not use Emma Mason again. The customer service rep followed up after the order arrived which was nice. "

Beautiful living room set purchase Adventure

"I saw this bedroom set at another store at a higher price and was excited to see it in your store at a cheaper rate with delivery inclusive. Purchase was easy, especially as I was offered Purchase credit higher than what I needed, payable in 6months interest free.
Customer service and monitoring of my delivery and things to check for was out of this world. They ensured I check everything before signing the delivery sheet. The delivery guys too went overboard to ensure my furniture set was set up easily for me to do a check before signing sheet. I was really really happy with my purchase and my beautiful chairs. My only little issue was the time it took to leave the store house. But once it left and was on its way to me, things went fast and I was informed at each step of the way. Thanks again

"The furniture took longer to deliver than I initially expected however I received regular emails letting me know the reason for the delay (manufacturer). Once the manufacturer delivered the furniture it was shipped to me in 2 weeks. Again regular emails coordinated the delivery. White Glove delivery exceptional. Easy payment terms. "
