"This was my first time purchase through discountwatchstore.com. Like many first time online buyer, I was a bit nervous nearly spending $400 on a company I have not shop with before. The transaction was very smooth, and I received my purchase as promised. However, my nightmare came true upon opening my package and finding that I have received a defective product (the manual winding did not work). The next day I spoke to Popia Sim, a sale rep. via chat room. I was quite nervous about this ordeal not knowing how this might play out and what kind of headache/horror I will be entitled too. To my surprise, Ms. Sim was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. After going over my order and determining what's wrong with my watch, she concluded that my watch was indeed defective and email me a new shipping label free of charge to send my watch back. As promised, two days after i dropped of my package at UPS my new watch arrived at my doorstep. I was able to track it with the new tracking number that Ms. Sim emailed me.
