The watch was stolen in the mail system and Jason was more than helpful in dealing with my missing watch and quickly sent another, this time with a tracking number. I received the replacement today and I am very happy with my purchase.

My only criticism of Discount Watch Store is that they sent my first watch without a tracking number which was not a wise move and probably why it was stolen. Stolen and lost parcels are impossible to find without a tracking number especially if they are sent worldwide.
