"I am NOT happy with the way Discount Watch Store handled my purchase.
I bought a Wenger 73128 Men's Titanium Bracelet Blue Dial Swiss Watch.
I returned the watch to DWS because moisture was inside the crystal.
DWS "repaired" the watch and returned it to me.
After the "repair" the watch still had water in the crystal and would stop running, the workings of the watch were loose inside the case.
I contacted DWS and they washed their hands of me and the watch, no refund or replacement possible because the watch was no longer "as new".

Get this, the person I talked to at DWS told me to send the watch to Wenger under warranty and to NOT TELL WENGER DWS HAD PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED THE WATCH!!!!

I sent the watch to Wenger telling Wenger the story above in more detail.
Wenger replaced the watch, sent me a new one.

I am happy with the watch and Wenger.
I am not happy with the way Discount Watch Store handled the ordeal.

You can get a good price at Discount Watch Store, but it comes at a price, which is taking care of their customers."
