"I'm really not satisfied with this merchant seller. I'm an experienced buyer and I've been buying the same merchandise from other similar sellers in the past. The items I have ordered from DISCOVERYBARGAIN, although competitive in price and fast shipping were of VERY BAD quality. 5 out of the 10 items I have ordered were DEFECTIVE (not working). Also, I have been buying the same item from other sellers in the past and the ones I have ordered from DISCOVERYBARGAIN were cheap copy of very poor quality.

I must also talk about their RMA service. My RMA was filled on the day that I have received my shipment ... and 3 weeks later, my RMA request was still unattented. I decided to write an email to their customer service and although I had better service from them, I followed their instructions and return the 5 defective products to the adress they gave me so that I could get reimboursed. Well.. .it's been over 4 months and I have not been REFUNDED yet. Apparently, they have not received my item. I have scan and email my postal service receipt so that they can see that my items were sent back but still... no REFUND.

I will NOT BUY from them AGAIN and I don't recommend this merchant seller to anyone. Buy from Focalprice, Deal Extreme or other... but not from DISCOVERY BARGAIN."
