"Wish I would have found the reviews before I ordered from DIYBIN.com total complete ripoff everything was in stock when I ordered a week later shipment is still awaiting fulfillment. no contact info, no response to emails. jamco is on the east coast as I'm on the west coast took them 3 days to ship my equipment to me. I think this calls for a class action lawsuit. "
"I will never order from them! I really needed a servo kit for my project due in 2 weeks. I ordered a week ago and the item was available to order. It's been awaiting fulfillment which according to diybin "means we are gathering the items for your order. If items are not in stock they are immediately ordered for your order."
If it's not available, just mark it out of stock!
I've contacted them twice to get an estimate on when it will be shipped or just a cancellation. Obviously haven't heard back! and reading the other reviews i probably never will"
"Add me to the list of ripped of people. I filed a complaint with BBB and they where unable to reach the company either. I finally ended up getting my money back through my bank's CC claim dept.
CAVEAT EMPTOR! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!"
"No product, no customer service.
Placed an order 50 days ago and order status has been stuck in "awaiting shipment", even though credit card was charged.
No phone number, no customer service email, no response. Tried posting to their "contact us" message board with no response. Filed a billing dispute with the credit card company.
Take your business elsewhere.
"
"They stole from me too. No product, won't answer any contact, even faxing returns error after 2 minutes... The local BBB couldn't even get an answer from them. A total con. "
"They stole from me.
My credit card was charged and I've not heard anything since. After multiple attempts to contact them through their online message portal without results, I've logged a complaint with the Attorney General of FL.
"
"Placed an order with diybin.com and repeated requests could not get any shipping date. They don't even have a phone number. Avoid them."
"There are a lot of places online to buy embedded devices and electronics. For a fairly large project, I needed to order from about 6 different stores. After a week, diybin.com still hadn't shipped my order. Furthermore, they do not list a phone number anywhere (only a fax number). I imagine because it must have been ringing off the hook from dissatisfied customers. If you click the link on your email order to contact them, no information from the order is filled out - just a totally blank form.
I don't expect these guys to be in business long with such horrible customer service."
