"prompt shipping...great price.

Direct shipped from vendor (Fitness Quest) but was missing alot of parts. Contacted Fitness Quest directly and they shipped out a new unit. Was out of stock when I called, but I received a complete unit today."

"I ordered a Hamilton Beach "Aroma Elite" 4 Cup Coffee Maker (BLACK) and a Black and Decker CBM7/CBM7B Smart Grind Deluxe Burr Mill(BLACK)
I received only a cheap white 4-cup coffee maker that I DID NOT ORDER - no coffee grinder and no explanation or receipt. I have complained to the company approximately 6 times and they refuse to even answer with the exception of one email that said I'll check on it - then nothing. They charged my ATM card for over 4 times the value of the cheap merchandise they shipped.
