"I also am owed commissions from January of 2011. I've submitted a ticket in April. I have heard nothing from them. They are cheating me out of the commission owed, and I will not use them any more unless/until this is taken care of.

"I ordered several products at the end of April. Finally received by 5/18!
The photos were poorly reproduced and the item sent was not centered. I wrote immediate week they wrote that someone was going to call and never did. It is now June and the issue is not resolved and customer service and been horrendous."

The site should not be reviewed as a trust worthy site for photo selling at least.
I've had commissions due me since December of 2010 and have contacted dotPhoto many times to attempt to get paid, only to have them reply that there is a problem and they will pay me soon.
They are a Ponzi Scheme.
