"Ordered by stuff 3/18/23. Don't have it as of yet. Contacted them and they said it was delivered 4/15. There was someone here all day and I asked my neighbors and no one saw it. Including security cameras so I asked for a refund, they said they asked the shipper for a refund and were denied. So they asked would I want my merch to be re-sent, so I said yes why not? I paid for it. And here I am again now waiting on the supposed 2nd shipment and today is 5/08/23! Nowhere to find out any info about pkg except for the alleged tracking site, track678. All I get when I go there is with the old pkg said it was delivered. The new one says it came from business 5/3 and went back and forth saying left international, arrived international, left international, arrived international for the past 5 days. No hint of when/ who it will be delivered by.. no customer service info nothing. I'm REAL **** NOW. Ordered this stuff for a special occasion and I highly doubt it will even be here by then, if ever! WORST place I've ever ordered from in my entire life! Big mistake. "

"I ordered my clothes on March 12,2023 and still have not received it. I have emailed them several times and keep getting the run around. Than they told me my stuff was delivered on April 14,2023 but could not provide me with the information for the carrier so I could get in touch with them to see what address they delivered it too. I work from home and have cameras so I know it was not delivered to my home. I have continued to email them still with little response to my merchandise. I am very disappointed in the customer service they provide. I would never recommend them to anyone. "
