"So on my first order from them, I was a little leery since I could not find any reviews. I ordered from their website, paid with paypal. When the order came it was the wrong item. I called them (Not sure there's anyone there), then I found the chat button. I chatted with someone named Jim, and he was helpful. He offered to send the right item free of charge or just refund my money. It turns out they do not have the right item, and a few minutes later I got a refund for the item and shipping, and they told me to keep the item.

So not good that they are selling an item they don't have, but their customer service was excellent.

I will do buisness with them again, and I can recommend them based on this transaction."
