"Digital Village delivered promptly when the items came into stock - although frustratingly it wasn't clear when I ordered that some items were out of stock. My big problems came when the unit broke after just less than 12 months. Their customer service was less than helpful. They quibbled about the validity of the warranty and refused to repair the unit. In the end I had to go direct to the manufacturers who repaired it for me under warranty! But dv247 offered me no help in finding their contact details or even suggesting it as a course of action. My advice is get your stuff from elsewhere if possible."
