"I recently purchased Monk seasons 1-8 expecting a legitimate product. I received what I believe to be pirated copies. I emailed dvdsandcdsforless voicing my concern and requesting a full refund upon return of the DVDs. They replied they didn't grant refunds on opened box sets. I replied that I wasn't interested in receiving more of the same and would prefer a refund. There has been no reply to that email or subsequent ones. I would strongly discouraged anyone from buying anything from this company."

"This is a SCAM. They are selling bootleg videos from China, I presume. The package came over a month after I've ordered them and it was shipped from China. I ordered two dvd boxed sets at the same time and both of them are obvious knockoffs as soon as I watched one of the DVDs. I mean you can see the "CBS" logo on the lower right hand corner of the video and the "PG" sign on the upper left hand corner; on some of them, it had the "Universal HD" sign on the lower right hand corner. And one of the DVD's, instead of having the series episodes which were supposed to be on there, came with movies that were recorded from "STARZ" which was quite obvious because it had the "STARZ" intro on it. To top it off, that particular DVD has a menu in Chinese or something. Oh, and the word "Episode" on the other DVD's was misspelled as "EPLSODE." So now I have 2 boxed sets for series that aren't complete and some of the DVD's won't play either. The videos are all sub-par. Pixelated at best and skips too. Some DVDs had subtitles and some didn't. If you were to put them in your pc dvd-drive you'll see that the DVD's are all the standard 4.7 GB discs which you can buy cheap by the hundreds. I paid over $100 for each of those box sets, and I don't appreciate getting bootleg videos, especially if they're not even complete. If I were you, I'd stay away from this site and order from another, more reputable place."

"THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered a dvd box set and what I received was a knock off set of burned dvds that came from China. The dvds work, but the quality is not good. No where on their website do they tell you the product is not an original or that it is being shipped from overseas. I suggest you spend the extra money to get the real deal from a legitimate store. Be warned that if you do order from them, you won't be able to return the item if you have opened it, so if you end up with a crappy version of what you thought you were getting, you are stuck with it!"
