"This software is grossly overpriced. Tech Support is non-existent. They will NOT provide any assistance regardless of the number of phone calls made or emails sent. If you call tech support, be prepared to wait on hold for an indeterminate amount of time on YOUR dime. Emails might get an obligatory response of "we're so busy and can't get to you at this time".

More upsetting than the tech support debacle is the buggy nature of this software - the Platinum version, their top-of-the-line version, causes constant crashes with WIN XP. Expect random system shut downs and the BSOD ( blue screen of death ) on an on going basis - very frustrating.

Don't buy this product unless you want serious computer problems and lots of frustration.
