"This company is a fraud. It claims to have 3 locations in San Francisco but if you check them on Google Earth or Mapquest they are not real. They claim to have a store in Stonestown Galleria but are not listed in the directory. When I emailed Stonestown this is what they had to say "Thank you for taking the time to contact Stonestown Galleria. This business is NOT located at our shopping center. We are currently investigating them because we have had reports that they are carrying out fraudulent business practices." Check out the Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/greater-san-francisco/business-reviews/electric-supplies-manufacturers/raven-electronics-in-san-francisco-ca-358631 where they report "Raven Electronics, dba DVStage.com, came to BBB's attention in December 2010, complaints on file with BBB state that consumers order products via this company's website at www.dvstage.com. Once consumers go through the checkout process they are told to make payment via Liberty Reserve by setting up an account with this company and transferring the funds from the consumers account to the account set up for dvstage.com through Liberty Reserve. Once consumers pay for the product in full they never received tracking information or the product. Consumers also state that they have difficulty reaching the company and that messages to the company are not returned."
