"I found a Hamilton Beach toaster that I wanted at Dzustore.com. They listed the product as "in stock" while every other source I found indicated "out of stock." Dzustore.com also had a wonderful price, 40%-50% lower than other sources. I placed an order for one toaster using PayPal. Almost immediately after having placed the order, PayPal verified via email that I had authorized Dzustore.com to charge my account for the product. But, after two hours or waiting, I had heard nothing from Dzustore.com. Nowhere on the Dzustore.com website could I find a customer service telephone number. Included with the PayPal transaction details was a reference to a website called "www.trustedair.com" and a customer service phone number of ***-***-****. The Trustedair.com website lists a different customer service phone number and a business address in Florida. I called the 647 area code number and an individual who sounded as if he had been asleep answered. I asked him his location and he told me "Toronto." I told him that, after two hours, I had not received a confirmation email for the order. He replied with dubious information, such as "it will take two evenings..." I questioned the long timeframe, and he replied "trust me." I asked him why I should trust him and he just laughed. I told him that if I did not receive a confirming email in 1-1/2 hours, I would cancel the order through PayPal. After 1.5 hours, I called PayPal and explained the situation to them. When I told the PayPal CSR that I wanted to cancel the transaction, she told me that it was already canceled. So, instead of just confirming and processing the order, Dzustore.com cancelled it before I could, all without any communication other than my phone call to them. From what I can tell, Dzustore.com is a scam."
