"I found a fan on there web site and the discription showed it was what I was looking for.
The product arrived, was the correct number as shown on there web site, but what I got was totally diferent. After days of trying to contact them, I have not heard a thing. I highly recommend that you not buy anything from them as they are disceptive and unresponsive.

The site offered a great price on the item I was looking for. It was less than half the competitors, so I ordered it immediately.
At first, I was concerned because the amount had been withdrawn without an update on the order. I retrieved their business number from my CC agency and gave them a call.
I spoke with a female representative who was very sympathetic about my concern. She looked up the order and told me that they were too busy sending orders and forgot to update it online. The package had already been sent, and she updated the tracking number on my order. I looked it over, and it was sent on the day the amount was deducted. So, it was a good store afterall; they just need to be more up-to-date with their website.
I would definitely order from this place again when I need replacement parts. It really has the best prices for several items."
"I placed an order for some parts for my PC - nothing very expensive. eAgePC withdrew payment from my account and nothing. I tried to call the number on the site - error message - never got through. Emailed repeatedly with no response. At this point I checked out the California Better Business Bureau website and this website and learned my lesson about checking FIRST. I sent a final email where I copied the reviews from this website and threatened to file a complaint with the CA BBB. Within a week I noticed that eAgePC had credited the full amount back to my bank account. Never did receive any response to email or other contact. This seller should be removed from the web!"

"On 12/09/05 I bought a video card from eagepc and went with the 2-3 priority mail (which cost me over $14.00 plus an additional $4.00 for processing or something like that). It is now 12/16/2005 and still have not recieved my package. They have not responded to the two e-mails I have sent them and the phone number they give no one answers. This company seems to not care at all about their customers. They seem to do that old take your money and run routine. I am going to have to file criminal charges against them. It would be nice if Reseller Ratings could help the police in hunting these criminals down (like the dogs they are) and put them behind bars where they obviously belong. Maybe It wouldn't bother me so much if this was just a $20.00 card that I had bought, but it was a very expensive high end card and I'm out alot of money. Not only am I dissatisfied with them I would like to hunt them down and beat the #!%* #%*! out of them. If they don't have the part they should say so or get out of business (if that's what you call it). I not only say buyers beware, but don't even go there, it is not worth it as a consumer."

"I had excellent service from this seller. They had the items in stock, when no one else in the country appeared to, had a great price and reasonable shipping. Shiping was quick (couple of days), and everything arrived safely. I would definitely buy from them again.
Just one point: It would be nice if they could provide an email notification when a package has shipped. "
"This dealer is the worst I have ever came across. When I placed my order, there was an automated email reply with my order details, which only contains what I ordered, my order number, how much the order summed up to be with no further contact information. I'm quite curious about when my order will be processed and shipped so I tried to contact them via their online contact form. A whole day passed, then another - no reply. I tried the contact form again and waited some more. I even called their only listed phone number and noone ever picks up the phone. Futhermore, the answering machine for the phone does not accept any more message, stating that memory is full. After 3 days of waiting, I'm cancelling my order. So I emailed the sale's team email address, ****@****, of which I got from their original order email, as well as their RMA email address, ****@****, and I got a returned failure notification from their email server stating that the ****@**** address is OUT OF QUOTA. Ridiculous!!! Either they have TOO MUCH RETURNS or they never really process through their RMA requests.
I would never trust them. My credit card had not been charged so that means they have not processed my order. So, if they do charge my account I will dispute with the credit card company right away. I'll be looking over my credit card account closely in this next coming weeks."
"This was the second time I worked with this company for my family's computer needs. The first experience was in an ebay auction. I could say nothing but the best comments on their communication and shipping. My item arrived UPS practically overnight. The only other store with this ability is old faithful newegg, but they were "OOS" for the NV Silencer 5 I wanted. Upn reaching a week (7days) I became worried and made an effort to express my concern via email. Next 2 days I recieved no reply, so I picked up the phone and contacted them through the ONLY phone number on their site! Sure it was long distance, but I wanted information. Well having unsuccessfully to reach them via phone, 4 times over the last 3 days I am now believing that I may never get my item. To top it off, I asked them to ship via USPS for $6.80 but the invoice I recieved states my shipping at $9.80!! That price is UPS three-day select, when I asked for Piority Mail 2-3day service for$3.00 less. I only live "
"An order for 1 GB of RDRAM was placed on 6/3/05 for $405.34. The Web site said that the memory was in stock so delivery was expected in three days. My credit card was charged the same day.
I called back on 6/17 when the memory hadn't been received yet, and found that it still wasn't in stock. They could not estimate when memory would be arriving, so I was issued a credit."
