"EBay commits fraud. They delete REAL and honest negative reviews to help some of their sellers. They have a seller AAA_PCS that has had a few negative reviews, including mine, and the delete the reviews and claim that the review violates their policies but they don't and the won't even tell the writer why. "I ordered from a seller that had fast shipping, I ordered on April 14th with the fast delivery here it is the 23rd of April (PM now) and i still have not recieved my package. I was to;ld to contact the seller which i did and after two messages with in a week no respond. So i asked for a refund so i can order frome someone wlse, NO ANSWER ! So I tried to call but no one answering the phone because of this virus so i did live chat a few days ago but when i tried today the live chat was not available, i think because after I complained enough they blocked my chat and calls somehow. I asked for a refund but ebay wants me to wait and wait ! Really, i believe i waited LONG ENOUGH ! I am a very good buyer. So ebay just lost a customer ! I do buy alot online ! I get very fast service even with the CORID-19 going on but that was ebay excuse. "
"I do not have Paypal account however Ebays site use Paypal to make transactions to others using Paypal. This site is the only site that had my CC information and used Paypal for transactions. My CC transaction that I made on the same exact day was used by Paypal to pay for an Ebay transaction and within that transaction from Ebay to that Ebay user using Paypal my CC information was captured. There was another transaction within an hour of Ebays transaction using Paypal which charged my CC for $4,000....Some how some way my CC information was shared with another Paypal user that captured my CC information on the Ebay transactions. Ebay doesn't have safe or secure transactions this is very bad and needs to be reported. I am in the process of taking appropriate steps as Ebay hasn't stepped in and reviewed their transactions from Ebay clients using a CC to their Sellers that use Paypal for payment. I would highly advise not using Ebay especially if you use a CC as they seem to do nothing."
"I sold an item on April 2 I usually wait for it to show up in my Paypal account before I send it to the buyer. EBay said the money had been sent to Paypal and to go ahead and send it to my buyer
Come to find out that my Ebay account had been hacked and someone directed my fund into their account
What about the so called guarantee with Ebay? Well no Ebay blames Paypal, Paypal blames Ebay
I have now contacted the FBI and Their internet crime unit

"I made 2 orders March 30 and was supposed to be delivered by April 6 needless to say it’s April 13 and no items. I emailed the seller Tashion172 and the seller stated it should arrive soon be patient and asked that I close the case because it will make they store look bad and has responded to nothing else. I escalate the problem to eBay for them to tell me I have to wait until April 21 before they will step in. I can’t call anyone and customer service doesn’t respond and now they just have my money **** and there is nothing I can do about it. This was my first and last time buying from eBay I should not have to wait this long for my package the seller was misleading with the dates it will arrive. I could have ordered from amazon and know I would have gotten my package by now. "Ordered phone chargers from ebay, when delivered they were the wrong chargers, I contacted ebay via email because that is the only way to contact them. They gave me an address to return to, I paid almost $20.00 to ship it back , a few days later it was returned address unknown , only problem is they wanted to put the refund on pay pal....I dont have pay pal, and didnt pay for them with pay pal...never the less this went on until they said it was to late to return. I deleted the ebay app. And told them I will never do business with them again."
"seller fees are ridiculous! I've been on eBay for over 20 years now, I use to sell alot up until around 10-12 years ago when you raised fees. I took a brake from selling for many years. I decided to give it another shot recently, and I am even more disgusted now than I was ten years ago! I just paid over $50 in selling/listing fees, now it says I have a balance of over $20 due again, I don't even have any bids on anything. Your fees exceed the total I would make if my items all sold! Very disappointed in you. You just lost me as a seller again. But this time I doubt I will ever try again! You should be ashamed of yourselves for growing into such a huge company that all you care about is getting rich.
How in the heck are you going to charge a final value fee on the cost of shipping? That doesn't even make any sense!!! I wish I could leave a zero or negative star review. "
"Complete disregard for the most basic right of customers. Bought a book that arrived destroyed. Contacted the seller in order to return it, he refused alleging that "He didn't accept returns". Opened a claim on eBay that ruled in his favor because "my payment was not covered by the customer protection". I did not ask EBAY for a refund, you CLOWNS. I just wanted to use the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, right that is LEGALLY BINDING for every purchase. The incompetent customer service just ruled in his favor covering their rears, and closed the claim without consultation. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. "
"They don't care a out the customer when they screw up. Ive been an Ebay customer for years and have never had a reason to use their customer service. They billed my account incorrectly. After several hours of me calling them, escalating it to "supervisors", some of whom hung up on me, I finally got them to issue a credit. They never want to admit that they screwed up. They hear what they want and use poor excuses to justify that they don't care about providing service to the customer. I specifically asked Mark who is a "Manager" how I can file a formal complaint. He said that there isn't a way...then hung up. Another "supervisor" named Michelle also hung up on me after she refused my request to speak with her boss. This was all regarding an Ebay problem, not between buyer / seller.

"On Dec 8, 2019 at 3:21pm PST we received an order for a Atelier Paris Chair - Bolier & Company (283700969070). We entered the tracking for a blanket wrap, white glove delivery with FragilPac. However the driver called to say that he had come down with the flu and had pulled over and was resting but would be delayed. We told this to the buyer and he sent an inquiry to Ebay questioning if h would get the chair. So we re-booked with a freight carrier, placed the chair on a pallet and shipped it. We were unable to place the new fright carrier in the order. We called Ebay and alerted them to that fact and were told to try again later. We tried for 3 days to replace the shipper in the order. We called again and were able with the help of a better trained operator to get the replacement shipper into the order. We had also sent the buyer the pick up receipt for the chair so that it would be in the Ebay system as there is no way to make good order notes in that system. So at this point the buyer knows it is on its way and Ebay knows because of the 2 phone calls into them to change the shipper info.
However, on Jan 6, ebay refunded the customer.
I called in that day and spoke with Representative Jon. I asked specifically what I should do.I was told
1. "You are a valued Seller"
2. "Ebay will stand by you"
3. "Contact us when it is delivered and you will be paid immediately"
4. " We have a way to collect for you through Paypal"
I kept in contact with the Buyer whose responses to my delivery updates were "fine" and "It does not matter when it arrives as I got my money back" to which we responded that he would be recharged.
My next contact was with Bowther Jon at Ebay when the chair arrived and was refused by the buyer saying he had "cancelled" the order.
Noone at Ebay or the buyer ever used the word Cancel until this point.
I was told by Bowther Join that I had done the right thing and that he would get me paid as soon as I could send him the Proof of Delivery document. We sent that in but were not paid as promised.

I called in again and was told that it needed to be reviewed because it was over 1000.00.
I called again and was told this time that the decision in my favor was reversed. I was put through to Leanna who heard the entire story looked up all the messages and documents and I was told: " this order was never cancelled" "we will be deciding in your favor" I was told that my "funds would be available in 4-5 days".
When the funds did not arrive I called again and spoke to Mei (may) who informed that the decision had been overturned at corporate. I asked to speak to her manager and she came back on the line to say her manager had reviewed the case and was manually entering the claim. And "you will receive your funds in 4-5 days"
At this point the shipper wanted another 450.00 to return the chair back to the East Coast. I had to make a decision and expressed my concerns to Ebay. I was told " 100% you will be honored for this sale".
I called back today and once again got LeAnna who informed me that once again the claim had been overturned by Corporate Ebay, and apologized that no one had contacted me to tell me.
Each and every step of the way, we have kept Ebay informed, reached out for guidance, and did exactly as instructed. Exactly as instructed.
It is a challenge to have any problem with Ebay as more often than not you are speaking to someone overseas and their language skills and training range from passable to excellent. Both times we have had issues, one technical and this experience were hindered by the representatives misreporting the correct steps for us to take.
But Ebay Corporate does not have these excuses. Ebay either stands behind what they tell their Sellers or they dont. They obviously did not in this case.
It is unethical to have no way to contact or appeal a decision that overturns a positive outcome for their Sellers. Adding insult to injury, they marked the Order a
defect !!!!!!"
"I received an email to buy $1000 worth of gift cards from someone pretending to be my boss. I went and purchased them and right away find out that it was a scam. I immediately contacted my bank to file a claim. My bank told me to contact eBay to cancel the purchase, but they refused to help in any way. I am extremely damaged in the amount of $1000 and eBay will not respond to any remedy methods. Please advise for any suggestions because I am not receiving any help with how to recover my losses. "

"Dont use ebay to sell expensive items. I learn my lesson. I was scammed. Ebay sided with the buyer. Dont trust their ebay account tech2upcrepair from La Mesa, Ca. I sold them a gaming laptop with a dvd writer and sleeve case. They said the laptop and the charger were missing but everything else was untouched. They scammed me. I try to call the cops but they said it was a civil matter and cant do anything about it. Now im out of money. I bought my laptop for $1040 bucks. When i try to open up an usps insurance claim i called both my local and the la mesa post office they said he has to bring the package to his local post office for inspection and refuse to do cause "We're a computer repair company and it's not possible for us to close the store to do this.". So he open up a case and ebay side with him and sent the item back. The laptop and charger is missing now. The other items are fine. I try to call the cops no help at all. I file a ic3 report on him and mail fraud but idk if that will help or not.
