LG TV that was $600 below the common selling price of reputable retailers. Checked the status and it listed only “processing.” Called Customer Service, got the run around for 20 minutes only to learn the TV that was supposed to be “in stock” would have to back ordered, some which could take weeks or even months. No guarantee it would ever arrive. What a waste of time. Cancelled my order (I hope). Other reviewers have complained that the company uses this technique to bait and switch, I’m glad I shut it down before my credit card payment was made. Big scam!"
"A guy from eBuy customer service desk tried to call me today and since I could not answer he left a text message that i should contact the customer service desk as there would be something important regarding the order I placed. I've contacted eBuy cust service and talked to a customer service rep, who called my attention to the fact that the TV I ordered has two versions under the same product number. Apparently I ordered the old version that has some bugs(?) what has been fixed by LG in the latest version, this was also the reason why the previous model costs less. These guys called me as they wanted to ensure that I'm fully aware of the features and difference between the two models. Based on our conversation I've decided to buy the newer model, I've got a great deal on it... still better than other stores have. I'm hoping that it's going to be shipped as promised. "

"I ordered a TV, but never received it. I checked on my order many times and when I could get in touch with them, they told me it might be delivered and might not. A couple of months of waiting my card (which I don't use anywhere) was compromised. The CC company contacted me and froze the card (thankfully). Then 3 days later I got an email from ebuyusa saying my order was canceled. What a coincidence! So they don't get in trouble because they never actually charge your card, but they are selling the info. STAY AWAY! When a deal looks too good to be true, they're actually stealing your info...
They only have so many positive reviews because they force you to leave a review when you buy your item, and few people update them after they don't actually receive their stuff. "

"Ordered over 30 days ago. for a LG OLED65C7P. Site says it is the same as any you can purchase at any retailer. 10 days later you get a call to confirms and the up sell pitch. for 900 bucks more, because the OLED screen is not made by LG. When you refuse the up sale they tell you will have your TV in about 2 weeks. The invoice online says 'DS Queue' ... Which I define as DUMB **** que..... don't be a dumb ****. "

"I have shopped here before last year and they shipped my LG OLED with no issues what so ever...Actually came home from Afghanistan and saw it sitting in my house still wrapped up and just waiting to be opened!! Yesterday I ordered the newer 2017 LG OLED E7 model and they are sometimes hard to work with, I will be honest about that but lets just say I got my TV for about $700 less than amazon or any other brick and mortar store!! Like I said if you don't mind bargaining with them on the price for 10 minutes or so...You will ultimately save money in the long run!!! "
