"The site it easy to use. Getting products listed is simple enough but don't bother, because you won't sell anything. There is NO traffic to the site and the people running it have no idea what marketing is. They need to take the site down since they are not going to bother doing any kind of SEO or advertising."

"Ordered through Ecrater then it went to Elvis DVD's then I got an email from Andreas Brosell in Germany. Ordered 2 DVD's May 1st, On June 9th emailed seller and he assured me they were shipped but were held up do to COVID. June 30th emailed again and he said the were shipped and I said things dont get held up for 60 days. New email stating they just shipped the day before!!!. I have since contacted my CC company and Ecrater(no help) to dispute the charge. Will never use Ecrater again!!"

"I bought a refurbished phone from a ecrater seller Ed Shabani edallion. He sent me a phone with and lifted screen and a swollen battery that I discovered when I took it to best buy. I m a bit naive I wanted a new phone and when the phone came I saw the lifted screen. I asked for a refund but he said he would send me a case. I thought the screen was a minor thing so I took it to best buy they said the phone had a swollen battery and it would cost 500$. I had already paid 300$. Best buy said to file a claim. I did but I also notified the seller just in case the insurance wouldn't cover it. He swears I'm a liar they tested the phone and that he said he said he would give me a refund that is a lie. Ecrater doesn't do anything about it and he is a shady business man. DONOT TRUST THIS SELLER."

Seller shipped wrong product (I went back to web site to confirm what I ordered which was different than what I received). eCrater said I would need to deal directly with seller. Seller is completely non-responsive and eCrater will not take any ownership for resolving the problem. While they appear to have good deals on a variety of products, eCrater's complete lack of customer service offsets the potential value."
"I received my Keurig Kcup reusable filters in 2 days after ordering. they fit my original Keurig single serve machine perfectly! I love the café cup brand unfortunately they have disappeared from the stores but they are the only brand that do not leak and last for months unlike the cheap Chinese bootlegs on ebay and amazon - the Miamibuys store at ecrater still has some if you need there are a few packs left.
