"I ordered two "pro packs" of slide film, 20 rolls per pack. In the past when I've bought pro packs from other vendors, I got a factory-packed box with expiration date ("process by" date) printed on the seal. What I received from eCameraFilms was two one-gallon ziploc bags, each containing twenty rolls of film in plastic film canisters with no clue as to expiration date. So, as far as I know, I just bought forty rolls of expired film."

To my surprise, the package arrived the next day and contained exactly what I ordered. I was expecting that the cameras would be expired (hence the good price) but they're still good for another 2 years! Granted, they all seem to show 25 exposure instead of 27, but since I'm using them to photograph my wedding, that's totally fine. "I ordered 6 rolls of Kodak 100 speed print film. The website showed the film in it's sealed factory box. I received 6 rolls (delivery took forever) in a brown bag with the film only in the film canisters with NO expiration date of any kind! I attempted to contact eCameraFilms both by email and phone. Their customer service is non-existant! After many attempts to contact them wanting to tell them that I needed film with an expiration date on it I filed a BBB complaint. That finally got me a call from ecamera but all they would say is the film was good for two years. I'm suppose to believe that when I was planning on using the film on two very important hunts! I made the mistake of ordering this film then looking at reviews. I now see that I'm not the first with out-dated film and no customer service. My film might not have been out-dated, but when it arrives without an expiration date or not boxed I can pretty well guess they don't want you to know the date! They also charged over nine bucks to ship the film. Delivery took forever. I said "screw them" and found fresh indate film on ebay and it was delivered in two days with a much cheaper delivery fee. Stay away from eCameraFilms!! "

I had ordered some film, but apparently they didn't have enough stock to fill my order. So they sent me what they had, but with no refund. So I contacted them multiple times via email and telephone with no luck. They don't return my calls or emails.
$14 isn't gonna keep me from paying my rent, but it wouldn't them out of business to pay me the paltry sum they owe me. I am not impressed."

"I have the same bad experience with this merchant as many other reviewers. This is probably the worst online vendor I have ever ecountered. After I returned their products which do not have the functions claimed on their website, they just keep delaying a direct refund to my credit card. They did send me a gift certificate which I refused. I emailed and called them and asked to refund directly to my credit card. One agent agreed over the phone to inform the sales department to change the refund to my card. I never see it on my card. I have to place a dispute with them through my credit card. Today (3 months later), I got a letter from my credit card saying that ecamerafilms told them they already sent me a refund and ask me to explain the situation again. I guess They either refer to the gift certificate or they were lying. Gee, I don't know why it is so difficult for them to refund my money which does not even include the mailing fees on both their end and my end."
"Worst vendor out there. Seriously. I have been shopping on the internet for 10 years and have never experienced such a lack of customer service, or such lying and deceitful ways. I ordered a camera and film on May 30. Two weeks later, not having heard anything from the merchant, I called. I received a response a few days later than my order would ship on June 15, 2008. I was a bit surprised, to say the least, that my order would ship on a Sunday when mail was not working but I waited. When June 20th rolled around, I thought I would call again. Of course nobody picked up the phone and I left a message. Not having heard from them by June 24 (almost a month after placing my order), I called again. This time, I was told that the camera I ordered was not in stock but should be there soon (what? by 2035??). Nobody bothered to tell me that they did not have the camera in stock, especially when they flat out lied that the order would ship two weeks ago. In any case, I requested that the order be canceled and it was confirmed to me that the order was canceled. However, I just got an e-mail confirming my order, not canceling it, so here I go again. I will NEVER EVER deal with this merchant again and would recommend that nobody else does either. Such deceptive practices are disgusting and should be punished rather than encouraged. "
