"The tent is fine. I have had Eureka tents before and found them to be quite suitable.

There are two things I had problems with: one is that I could not contact you with questions about returning the tent on the weekend.

And the other one is that in reading your return policies it looked like I would have to pay a penalty for taking the tent out of the box and putting it up to see if it met my needs.

I found another tent that I actually liked better, but I chose to keep yours because they had a 100% refund policy."

"I bought 2 - Caravan 10 x 10 Displayshade Canopy Value Package + 4 Sidewalls. One for me and one for my husband. We both sell art at shows but had never had tents for outdoor events. This site was recommended to me by a vendor of 10 years. I liked what I read and ordered the 2 tents. They arrived on the date stated. There were packaged very well. We set up the tents in the back yard to practice. They were easy enough to set up and I think 2 people really make it easier to pull the tent structure open and closed. I really loved the rolling cart. Our first outdoor show was a success. We really like our tents and look forward to many shows outdoors!"

"The reason I am so dissatisfied is because I purchased a Eureka tent for a camping trip this weekend, and the first time I put it up and took it down the fiberglass pole broke and tore a hole in the tent. I had not even taken it camping yet; I was setting it up on my porch. When I called eCanopy to ask what can be done, I was told pretty much nothing . They don't sell spare poles, and since I had "used" the tent by putting it up, it violated their rules of returning equipment in new condition. WHen I said I thought this tent was defective, they said they did not cover defective items and to call the manufacturer. I was talking to someone on a Sunday and realized they might not have all the answer, and agreed to forward my complaints and requests to the business office the next day, along with my phone number. The only response I got was this canned email to "rate my experience". I have a 25 year old Eureka three man tent that has held up nicely, but evidently this Eureka tent was more cheaply made - the poles were about half the thickness and the material very very thin. That is not their fault, but it is their fault I was given no option whatsoever on having a new tent rip and break on the first time erecting it. I certainly will not do business with them again and I encourage everyone else out there not to either. On a footnote, I did call Eureka directly and was able to return this tent and exchange it for a different one. The tent I thought was defective was the Solitaire and the replacement is a Midori, a Eureka product. I will have to wait how this new one goes. "

"I bought the Caravan Alumashade 10x10 to use at festivals. It's worth every penny. It's convenient to haul around and set up and it's sturdy. I did a lot of research to weight it down properly and economically. I went with 4ft long white bungee straps from Ace Hardware @ $4.50ea and hung them from each of the 4 corners of the frame. At the other end of the bungee, I hung a .50 cent Dollar General reusable fabric shopping bag full of bottled water. The suspended weight appeared to be the best option for me. A gallon of water weighs just over 7lbs and most people suggested 25lbs at each corner. To make it look classy, I used gorgeous curtains hung with large circular shower curtain rings from Walmart. The frame where I hung them is angled but the little bit of pitch didn't affect the way they hung since I used tie backs at each corner. I can still zip it all shut over top the curtains and leave it for the night with a little level of security."

"While I have yet to unpack my canopy and determine the fit and finish of the actual product I feel confident that the product that was delivered will fulfill my expectations. Prior to my order I spoke with a customer rep and was given very helpful advice regarding signage and printing services. Ultimately, the cost was too great for ecanopy to provide a tent with custom logos but the interaction I had with the customer rep was admirable. Never did I feel pressured into a purchase or felt uncomfortable with asking questions. Needles to say: I feel like ecanopy will continue to take care of the customer in the future. "
