"I had to wait for almost 2 months before putting up my "portable garage". Unfortunately upon inspection and inventory of parts I found a small hole in the back panel. Less than 1/4" in size... I found the instructions fair. The only part that wasn't as perfect as the rest were the lower rails in the diagram were not numbered. This latter installation may have been better suited entering before putting the anchors in place. Even after measuring (within the 1" recommended) on the "squaring" the frame. Once the bottom rails were connected the outer frame posts had to be moved in. All in all I am very satisfied with my finished portable garage."

"I am a very unhappy customer. I purchased a canopy from eCanopy that was pictured as being royal blue. Nowhere in the description did it say it was navy. When I received it and wanted to exchange it for a white canopy, I received only aggravation and grief from this company. I was told that they would not exchange it. I would just have to send it back and pay return shipping charges of $47.00 (UPS) and then purchase a new one. They would not even let me exchange the navy tarp for a new white tarp (without sending the whole thing back). I was told that in the future they were going to change the description to say that the color was navy . As a new vendor who will be selling items in outdoor markets, I was upset and brought to tears. Also, the canopy also did not come with instructions to put up and my husband and I could not figure out how to raise the top of the canopy. This was a very frustrating experience for me. As a new entrepreneur, who has never had a business, I would think eCanopy would have been more helpful and understanding. "
