"I found the website to be very useful for customization and ordering. The product came in within the time frame specified. The canopy, sidewall, backdrop, frame, and hardware all seems to be present, in new condition with quality graphics. The only bit of minor complication I had, was I had specified I wanted an aluminum frame on my quote request, then again after I received my estimate. I made some changes, and received another estimate still without the aluminum frame. No big deal, I just decided to go with the steel. All-in-all, good purchase experience, easy to order, and staff that know their job. As long as the tent holds, up im a satisfied customer."

"The transaction was smooth and canopy arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Easy to setup, withstood tropical storm winds and rain its very first night out and an u expected 50mph wind storm a week later with no damage to the tent or the contents inside. Very pleased with the purchase except for when we were putting it up for the first time, one snap on the upper canopy was bent so it won’t lock/snap in correctly and another one snapped and broke right away even though gentle pressure was applied. It was kind of disappointing to pay so much for a high quality tent only to have two snaps not working right off the bat. Other than that—very pleased. "
