"Before ordering the Shelter Logic super max model 23571 I contacted e Canopy about the fire rating. The e mail I received stated. Here is your answer by Chaz. This canopy has a fire certification of CPAI 48 section 6 compliant fof FR rating. After putting it together and finding no fire rating on the tag. I contacted Shelter Logic about the fire rating. I was informed that it is not fire rated. I am very disappointed about getting the wrong information as our fire inspector requires it for commercial use. What am I to do, take it down and return it which is a lot of trouble. The order no. was 406499 and 52238"

I found the (10 x 20) one with viewing windows in it and then the one without. The cost in February was supposed to be $116.95? for the sides with the window and $102.95 for the sides without the windows. I went back to the website and could not find the sides without the windows. I called to place the order and I was advised that the sides without the windows was in stock but it would be $115.95. Order no 406509. the order was shipped and my friend has received it. The shipping and notification of when and where the product was on route was excellent. Thank you for your service. I did feel there was a disconnect with the prices and found some difficulty with the website.
