The terms of delivery do not allow the driver to bring the truck onto private property, so the unloading was done in a really dangerous place and I had an unnecessary haul to the site.
The return policy is Byzantine in complexity and hassle. These things are made by slaves in China and quality control is uneven at best, so it's a pig in a poke.Thankfully, I won't need another one. So nice to know you care."

"Thanks so much for shipping my canopy right away. Working alone, I was able to do a practice set up and take down the day before my Arts and Crafts Fair. The set up and take down was easy to figure out. On the morning of the event, I had one helper and it took me half the time to set up, about 10 minutes.

The weights were perfect in helping stabilize the whole tent. I filled the bags with pea gravel as was suggested by another user.

ENTIRE new FRAME & cover. New frame considerably less sturdy than the one I have. Cover does not provide convenience of outside 2 hooks per corner poles for attaching banner signage. Considerably more hassle -- and TIME -- in setting up display."
