"Ordered a 12'x28'x8' canopy. Order was delayed. When I got confirmation of a delivery date FedEx said they wouldn't drop off the canopy because I didn't have a forklift to get it off the truck. It was 7 pieces totaling 407 lbs. After going back and forth with FedEx over delivery I decided to go to their Depot and pick it up myself. When I opened up the boxes I got a parts list for a 12'x20'x8' now thinking I got shipped the wrong unit even though the canopy itself was the correct size. After figuring it out that they shipped the additional parts to make it a 12'x28'x8' canopy I began to assemble. It would have been nice if I was informed ahead of time that the additional parts would be shipped along with a 12'x20'x8' unit. After assembling it 3 days later I have to say I am pleased with the product. A little better communication would have helped though."

"We have friends with little weights and we've had sand bags but these are the BEST! Compact and light for storage and when we want to use these we just pull them out and fill them with water (which we get from the campsite hookup) then when it's time to leave we just dump the water on the ground and put them back into their storage bag. So much nicer not to have heavy sand bags to haul around and sand leaking out all over."
