After several calls and promises to look up the status of individual items of my order over the course of two weeks did someone finally notice that contrary to the website information that the radiator I ordered was back ordered for 8 weeks. MINOR OVERSIGHT! After being informed of this information, the agent was helpful in identifying which models were actually in stock (website not accurate at all it seems) so that I could order another item. I asked for an expedited shipment as it had already been two weeks but was told that I would have to pay additional money for this to happen even though this was their mistake.
