"I placed my order on 12/02 and the order still has not shipped. I called yesterday 12/11 to find out what is happening with my order to be told it was out of stock. No one contacted me. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again and will tell everyone I know to not order from them.
Dont expect anyone to contact you to tell you that your item it out of stock because they wont.

"What I was originally told was for the purchase cost of a monitor was not what they were selling. After purchase and paying $4.99 for shipping I was told it was on back order. When I called to find out when the monitors would be in stock and sent, I was told I purchased a warranty! Yes just a warranty! Why would I purchase a warranty without a monitor? They then tried to sell me monitors at more then 3 times the cost and told me it was my mistake! What company would charge $4.99 shipping for a warranty and sell a warranty for a item you have not purchased? I will never use this company again!

"I get weekly, sometimes bi-weekly emails from e-cost regarding their items for sale. I have recently bought a HP computer and just last week a Nexus 7 tablet. The tablet was $139.99 in my email, but when Itried to buy it at that price it had gone up to $159.99. According to the time set in the email I had received I had at least 8 hours more before the sale was off. $20.00 is not that much, but it was the principle that was upsetting. Other than that, I had no other problems"
