"While I know the computers (5 of them) I purchased are Refurbished a few of them are really beat up (scratches on the cases etc) and none them came with Windows 7 software license keys. The origninal software license key numbers that are on the case stickers are marked out and we have to guess what characters are on them. Why dis this systems not come with Windows 7 Pro refirb licenses?
