"I wish there was a way to add negative stars. THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT/SERVICE IS WORTHLESS

I ordered an item on Friday. Saturday they called to confirm the order. Monday I called to get a shipping/tracking number. They told me they had cancelled the order because they didn't have the item. This is wrong in so many ways.

1) If you're advertising an item, why does your online checkout allow someone to add to cart and check out, if you don't have inventory for it?
2) If you call to confirm the order and billing information, why don't you confirm that you have the item available for shipping, before you put $1000 hold on my credit card account?
3) If you realize the item is no longer avaiable, shouldn't you contact the consumer immediately, perhaps apologize and explain what's happening? They would have made me wait for weeks, if I hadn't called to request the tracking number, they would have waited who-knows-how-long to reverse the carges on my credit card and/or issue a credit.

"I chatted to Ecosts about this item before purchasing asking if this item was 32byte structure they said yes.I ordered the items and took one of the items out of box and discovered the machines ordered was 64 bit.I then contacted customer service 3times in an attempt to receive a shipping conformation to send the machines back I received no response from all three calls.PLease see it this problem can be corrected.Thanks,Mike"
