"Watch out!! Unreliable seller. Bait and Switch!! Product not as advertised!!

I ordered a latex mask from ecostumes.com on October 15, 2008. The mask was a pig mask from the Movie Saw. Upon receiving the mask, I was disappointed to find that the mask they sent was an inferior product and very different from the one on the website. A product search online yielded that the one ecostumes depicted was a deluxe version from the one I received.

I called and left a message and then emailed the company asking for a response within 48 hours. I even included pictures from their website and of the type of mask I received in the email as a comparison. Ecostumes.com did respond to my email and denied any inferiority in the masks and claimed that the product I received was as advertised. They quoted me the 15% restocking fee and that I would have to pay return shipping and that I would not be reimbursed for original shipping and I would have to pay return shipping. This would mean I would end up getting $16 back from my original purchase of 29.99 plus shipping.

Beware of this company they are a rip off!!

"I ordered two items from them, a wig and a cape. I upped my shipping price so it would be sent 2-4 days. Shipping Method: Priority Mail (2-4 Days)
I got the cape on the 16th which was great but for what ever reason they split my order, I had to write to them and ask where the other half of my order was. I did get a reply and was told it should come oct the 23rd. if not they would resend it again.

so I paid extra for shipping to get my order, that would be both items to me in 2-4 days yet one part of it has yet to come and when it does it is way beyond the Priority Mail (2-4 Days) I had paid for.

They do have good prices listed but by the time you hit the check out the shipping will get you and they do not live up to their shipping promises.
I will not buy from them again.
