"These guys do not have it together. I ordered a printer, an HP 960C from them. It was supposed to be shipped within 48 hours. After almost three weeks and no printer, I gave these guys a call because my repeated emails were not being answered. After waiting several eternities and getting busy signals and messages to call another number, I finally got to someone. They very unenthusiastically told me it was on back order. Well my customer couldn't wait that long and a couple days later I called back. After another couple eternities I told the rep I needed to cancel the order. I was promptly told I couldn't do it over the phone, and I freaked. The rep took my number to call me back. Well I never heard from the rep again, but strangely enough, just 10 minutes after getting off the phone with this person, I receive an email saying the printer had just shipped. All I had to do was refuse it and they would see to it that I got credited when it got back. Guess what? Never saw the printer, never got a credit either. Something definitely stinks there. Website mysteriously gone, too. Go figure."

"I purchased a Stereo Receiver from this outfit. After no delivery
I attempted many calls only to finally received a hired answering service.
they were very pleasant but merely took a message. After several days I
finally received an email indicating my product was backordered. Product
was eventually received but arrived damaged. I attempted to follow their
return procedure but could never contact anyone to get the necessary RMA
for return authorization. I sent emails, made amny calls... Finally contacted
UPS for pickup and shipped everything back. It has been 6 weeks since return
and I have received NO credit from them (UPS credits shipper, not me, for
a damaged in shipment product). I have put credit card company on notice and
hoping I get the credit soon.

Stay away from these guys, very unreliable. you may get burned.
