I will tell you one thing, this may be their "motto" but they do not perform.
Between Nov 26th and December 9th I sent them 2 emails inqiuring about the status of my order, they had been kind enough to send me a confirmation email within minutes and charged my card the same day, but it had been 2 weeks and no more response from them at all, between november 26th and december 19th I also called their "customer service" number twice to be greeted only by someones home phone answering machine or so it sounded. I still got no response at all until late december 19th, almost 4 weeks with no product, call, email or letter from them at all. And that email they finally sent was to tell me that the products I ordered were no longer available...why does it take almost 4 weeks to tell me I won't get what I ordered?? why wouldn't they respond to my phone messages requesting status info? why woundn't they respond to my emails requesting status info? they used my money for about a month, I paid by CC so I was charged interest while they made interest on my money. Personally I think they are scam artists and I will never place an order with them again, BUYER BEWARE OF THIS RETAILER! Certainly not "Prompt delivery".
These people certainly could and should do much better than this. Not acceptable.
Again,Buyer beware, you will get -0- customer service from this company.
