"This is the regarding refund issue of eDreams accommodations confirmation number: 9007112383568.
In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) from shared an email with me saying that didn't find my hotel booking reference number.
After 2 weeks, I got response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference number and escalated to account department.
Later few days, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out Booking.com for my refund. They provided me Booking.com contact no +1 ***-***-**** in the email to get my refund.
As per Mohammed suggestions, I called to Booking.com. They said we don't have such booking details and partners with eDreams.
Then I called to 63492443 eDream Customer Support, one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared weird statement saying that they don't have such booking reference number.
She transferred my call to another department, that said refund already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't receive refund so far.
Pathetic customer service from eDreams.

"Terrible! Unfair service Edreams. Beware, multiple charges! I would not recommend anyone.
I bought tickets week ago WAW-BCN-WAW for 4 people, price was 540 EUR and 50 EUR discount for payment of visa debit card on Edreams.es which does not exist.
E dreams took from my card 2 X 320 EUR (!) and I received messages saying that I should increase the limits on the card to pay more money. After a few days edreams was written that there was a server crash, I was only refunded 275 EUR, the bank took 45 EUR as exchange costs. The reservation was canceled, the rest of the money was not refunded and even no ,,sorry'' from Edreams. Only yesterday after telephone intervention, they kindly said that they would refund the rest of the money minus the exchange costs. With the fault of edreams I lost 90 EUR, server crash was not my fault.
They illegally took a double amount of 320 Eur and they lied writing yesterday that they had to cancel the reservation for lack of money. After 10 days they did not return unlawfully taken money.
There is no option to write a message on Edreams, only expensive international phone calls. Instead of explaining and refunding money, they send me unwanted advertisements.
I will seek legal opportunities, recover my money unlawfully seized.
How such a large international service can be so unfair!
Never again will I use dishonest Edreams."
" The search shows very cheap flights, that finally become more expensive than the original flight company ticket during the final purchase. The final price only changing to the expensive one when entering your credit card details, which easily let your think that you are buying it cheaper."

to whom it concerns , this is a serious complaint and request of total refund for a booking which did not hold what its promise explaint:
1. after 16 hours wait two atempts to board a flight for my daughters graduation party the airline frontier which hit rock bottom after this disaster they canceled the flight 769 finally the 18.12.16. because of this we could find anzy alternative even when we tried 5 times that night to get any resolution with your so called costumerservice ( wait for more then 1,5 hours on the phone ) no result . i canceled the hole booking that night because you where not abel to present a voucher eather. suddenly the day after you send a voucher which really does not do any good when the arrival day was 1 day earlier. i expect a smooth resolution in the next 24 hours.

"I booked a flight with eDreams. A day after making the booking (and having received a confirmation), I received an email stating there was a technical problem and to call and confirm my booking. I had to call several times because their phone system was terrible: I either could barely understand what the person was saying, or if I could hear them they couldn't hear me (and I called my credit card company just fine so I know the problem wasn't on my end). When I finally got a good connection, I was told that my booking had been cancelled because they weren't able to successfully charge my account -- this despite the fact that both my Paypal account and the credit card associated with it showed that the charges had been made successfully. I even called my credit card company to confirm that the charge had been successful. Despite making this point to eDreams customer service, they said the ticket was cancelled. Realizing by this point what kind of company I was dealing with, I simply agreed to the cancellation and asked when my money would be refunded, to which I was told it may take a few days. After a week they still hadn't refunded my money, so I opened a Paypal dispute. They never replied to that, so I escalated it to a claim. They never replied to that either, so I finally got my money back, courtesy of Paypal's buyer protection (and if they hadn't done it, I would have disputed the charge through my credit card company). In short, with the many options out there for booking airline tickets, you're best off to avoid this company -- even if you have to spend a few extra bucks. "
