"I selected parts from their website after providing my model, year and car options. The parts displayed were inexpensive, but when they arrived, neither the hood strut not the trunk strut fit properly, the trunk strut being over 4 inches too long. When I attempted to return them, first they said I would have to pay for the return shipment. When I objected, then they said they would cover the return shipping if they were in error. Next message said that I selected the wrong parts and they assumed I had installed them and said they would not allow me any return as the part were used. Do not do business with this company unless you want to get screwed over. My WORST experience ever with web ordering!"

"Totally incapable of sending what you ordered. They list multiple brands, then send you whatever they wish at their discretion. No, "Uro" or ProPartsSweden isn't the same thing as a Febi or OE. False advertising and bait and switch. I had not ordered from them in a LONG time due to this. Thought maybe they got some adults working there by now to do it right - nope. Sounds like policies coming from the top. Again, ordered Febi, was sent 'Nordic' - which doesn't even include the same needed parts and hardware as the cheap Asian knock offs. Then they tell me I have to pay the return shipping...on an incorrect part THEY deliberately sent? Will be permanently deleting their bookmark. The internet is full of reputable vendors - this isn't one of them."

"SCAM!!! Parts are made in China. Nothing European about that. Had to replace my original bmw wheel sensor w/ PR of China wheel sensor ( Advertised to be manuf. in Germany on their website) they sent me instead and it lit my dashboard like a Christmas tree w/ ABS/ Brake/ DSC light all coming on at the same time. That forced me to buy another sensor but this time I did receive the OE Made in Germany part from another online store & those dash lights disappeared instantly. So don't even waste time.

"I ordered some parts from them. All parts were listed as in stock or available. They sent me half of my order and the other half they said was back-ordered. I was tricked into buying something they didn't even have in stock.
3 weeks later I receive another package from them, thinking its the other part that was back-ordered. Well, it wasn't. They sent me a box filled with the wrong parts.
I called their incompetent customer service department who said they don't have my part in stock so they will back order it (Again). When i expressed my frustration, they gladly wanted to refund me. Hey! I ordered because I need that part! Do you not understand?!
Now I am waiting again for them to back order the same part again and begged them to try and not make the same mistake again.

"I ordered some Volvo coolant expansion tank and the coolant level sensor.First the sensor doesn't fit in to the tank. After installing the tank start leaking from the seams. I have to pay 3 times the shipping to get the parts exchanged. They are selling garbage parts masked under some "brand" names.

"I have ordered several saab 9-3 parts from eEuroparts and very happy about each purchasing. They sell OEM quality parts with very reasonable prices. Most important eEuroparts always has unique factory parts like the physical grooved metal key to my car. I was so happy when I replaced the broken one (only a metal stick in key fob). It is exactly same as the original one, even the series number."
"I ordered some parts for a BMW. The first set came in either the wrong color or the wrong side despite reviewing it with the sales person for more than 30 minutes. I was told the second part was going to take a couple more weeks. It took 5 months, despite calling in and leaving messages and being assured I was going to get a call back, when I was fortunate enough to actually talk to a human. When I called to compalin, the sales guy actually had the gall to suggest it was my fault since he claimed he hadn't heard any of my voice mails. Please run, run, run away from these guys. "BUYER BEWARE Ordered a key SAAB genuine for my 9-5 2007 SAAB only to recieve akey that was very cheaply made with a glossy finish that requires a screw in order for you to secure tha back latch. Even though I called thier staff Dean and Eric and they assured me that it was a genuine saab part and it did say SAAB IN THE FRONT, ..... not so much, clearcom is nowmthe manufacuturer of thier keys...... you better off going to eBay an getting a better key than what these folks provided...... very deceptive advertisment, while thier pictures on their website show what you want often you don't get it.....you get replacements..
eEuroparts will argue that because they buy their parts from a SAAB dealer, they are genuine, I Dont think so, ADELCO is not GM or SAAB, eEuroparts provides these as genuine, and when you ask why they dont answer back.
