"I have been using EEuroparts for nearly 10 years for all of my Volvo and Saab parts needs. They have never gotten my order wrong and are always quick to ship. I also like that they sell more OEM parts than most online parts sources.

Their website has a lot of selection and often different choices of brands for the same part. The only complaint I have, and it's not a major one, is that if you have to call EEuroparts, their phone customer service personnel are not terribly personable. They're not rude or anything, but they don't exude the type of customer service that you expect from someone whose job is to sell you stuff."

"Great site-easy to work with and around...ordered on the phone(Im not comfortable giving my numbers over ANY site). They offer OEM and certain aftermarket parts(reputable & high quality(not quite OEM but, nothing is)). This window regulator was made in Germany..NOT CHINA!! Pricing very close to other reputable companies, give or take a few dollars here and there on certain parts and NO freight charge. The only thing that didnt come w/ the regulator was lube grease. But, with so much on the original part; I was able to make due. Also ordered oil filter "kit" by MANN. I've done my research for you-believe that!-always do-Ordered 11/02 after 4pmEST and delivered to door step 11/04 at 9am-THEY WERE ON IT-And I will order from eEuroparts again. I dont know what these rating stars will mean but, I would rate them 9.5 out of 10"

"Ordered a water pump, prompt shipping, received email with tracking number within a day, part arrived no problem along with an unexpected goody. Also ordered a plastic bleeder screw thats typical on BMW's and received a brass one instead for the price of the cheaper plastic one. Extremely pleased with my purchase, water pump priced lower than any other company I found."

"Will probably never buy from Eeuroparts again. I placed an order for two parts, and their cart said they were both in stock. Sent an email to customer service to confirm shipping times, no response. Credit card charged for full amount, okay everything must have shipped. Four days later only one part arrives. Invoice says part is backordered. I called customer service, whereupon the very rude rep proceeded to tell me I must not have seen that it was backordered, and that they will always charge your card even if an item is out of stock.

As I said, beware. I will likely never buy from Eeuroparts again."

"Please take my advice......DO NOT purchase anything from this "company"! I bought a Bosch alternator for my car from them. Two hours after having it installed by a Master Level 1 technician, it began to smoke and minutes later completely seized. The bearing failed! When I called to get this resolved, they said they did not have any of these alternators left in inventory and it would be a week before they would have them. My car was completely out of comission. I had to get if fixed right away. The company offer no help and refused to refund my money or do anything for a completely defective alternator they sold me.

Stay away from them!!"

"I absolutely hate this company. I ordered a hose from them for my 1994 Volvo 850 Turbo. I ordered and then emailed to get a tracking number, or see when it will be shipped. No response. Called a few hours later and was told the ITEM WAS BACK ORDERED UNTIL WEDNESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK! I told the rep to cancel the order. He did so and said my money would show up on Tuesday. Saturday, I check my email and find a FedEx tracking number. Hose was shipped. I called and spoke to Dean on Monday. He explained they only do refunds on Thursdays. Apparently the truck MAGICALLY appeared with my parts and the idiots in the warehouse didn't get the cancel order. Dean refused to refund my money after receiving the hose back. PayPal immediately took care of the issue. If you have to deal with this horrible company, ask to speak to someone other than Dean Bergeron. He is the most pompous, arrogant, and condescending customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude and unprofessional. &*^% you EEuroparts!"

"Well I have ordered from them several times and for the most part I'm satisfied, but not delighted. Their prices are pretty good and they have an awesome selection of OEM parts.

I can't recommend them in you need your parts in a hurry though! Parts I have ordered in the past have not been time critical, so I have not noticed how long it has taken for them to arrive. Well recently an air conditioning part went out on my car so I ordered it up!

It's was only a small part, an electronic part weighing no more than 2 lbs, yet the charge to go from ground shipping to 3-day was $25, or 25% of the cost of the part! Not surprisingly, I opted for the free ground shipping.

Unfortunately that free ground shipping came via of FedEx ground+home delivery. If you haven't had experiences with FedEx Ground+Home Delivery, which is totally different than FedEx Express, then let me tell you, it sucks big time! You won't get any relevant tracking data until the day before delivery, and FedEx doesn't even truly handle the delivery. They deliver on Saturday, which is nice, but not on Monday.

Anyway, it's been a hot week waiting for my part. It finally arrived today so all is well, I guess, but I won't order parts that I need in a hurry from Eeuroparts.com any more, period. "

"I ordered the wrong part online, then called the store 10 minutes later to cancel my order. The smug phone rep said he won't cancel it because it has "already shipped". 10 minutes? Give me a break. He then refused to let me speak to a manager or the warehouse. This is he second time in a row I've had problems with them. Never again!"
