"Absolutely, a horrendous and ABUSIVE experience. I felt VIOLATED. This is the store that handles the "ordering" for XOXO....I did the unthinkable and spent $330 at the online XOXO store....with a credit card where the bill to and ship to were the same and they had shipped there before. With orders for "new customers" (I have shopped there for years) and orders over $200 (very easy to accomplish) or a different bill to/ship to (not the case), all of a sudden, they needed me to fax them my DRIVER'S LICENCE and a copy of the credit card I used. In this day and age, that is just not done. I have had my identity stolen and there is just NO WAY I am sending anything over to them. All they needed to do was to call the credit card company and verify that the address is correct for that account, btw, which is what they are supposed to do. It is not my responsibility to verify that information for them when it can be done so easily.. They refused, saying this was their "policy" to prevent fraud. I told them that I am a graphics artist and can doctor anything I'd like. Also if someone had stolen or found my wallet, they'd have access to all this information. Too, I could split the order into 2 parts with nothing further needed from me. Their CSR who could barely speak English, let alone properly, would not let me speak to anyone else, so I just said "cancel this order" and hung up. Now, I have already given her information on the phone prior to doing this. She IMMEDIATELY called me back and said if I didn't give her my address, it would not be cancelled! Does anyone believe this BS? I literally JUST GAVE IT TO HER BEFORE now she needed it AGAIN. HORRIBLE customer service plan, just horrendous. I found this to be an invasion of my privacy, intrusive and abusive experience. "
