"Freight shipping service gave an eight hour time frame for delivery of the toilet, and then they arrived an hour after that window. The shipping packaging was in terrible shape, and the toilet had a dark scratch near the bottom that we are unable to remove, which we admittedly didn't notice until we fully un-packaged it and began the install. Not sure if the scratch came during manufacture or after. "
