"My call to eFaucets was to arrange the return a en Elkay Rinsing basket which I ordered to use in a Blanco sink. In explaining the return to Shawna, I expressed my disappointment in my new Blanco sink and how they don't support all of their products. Shawna was very interested in my problem and searched up my sink (unfortunately she confirmed there isn't a small bowl rinsing basket available for my unit). But Shawna took the next step and started searching for another Elkay basket that would fit the dimensions of my sink. I am confident that the basket I ordered today will work.

He has excellent knowledge of plumbing and the products they sell. He gave me more advice and knowledge than the folks at Brizo (the manufacturer) did. "I needed a garden tub faucet with a longer spout and 6 or higher gpm. The plumber who was working on my house gave me the job of finding something to those specifications that I liked. I hunted on line and became very frustrated as this was something fairly uncommon until I found efaucets. I found a few options and called to make sure it was what I needed before ordering. Shawna sent a list of faucets that actually would work and answered all my questions until I was able to narrow it down to the one I needed and LIKED.
