"I ordered an elongated toliet. The only thing elongated that came was the toliet seat. Unfortunatly, I did not see this until after the toliet was installed. The packaging was already thrown away so, nothing else could be done.
when I called customer service, they told me to give them the model number etc, but I am unable to find a model number on an installed kohler toliet.
so, in the end. I received the wrong item and also had to buy another toliet seat...
I do have the elongated one they provided, but again no box,,, so they will not take it back.

"Lisa in Customer service was AMAZING! A day before Thanksgiving and an hour before eFaucet's shipping deadline, I confirmed an order with the wrong shipping option. I called customer service, and Lisa tracked down the part and the order in the system to get the o/n shipping I needed. The first attempt resulted in getting the payment company a bit out of shape. (credit card for shipment, different shipping address, etc). She needed to contact me to delete and replace the order. I was at a friend's out of town, she used caller-id to find where I was and contacted my friends wife who forwarded the call to my friend's cell to get the order out THAT DAY! What persistence! Anyone who says customer service is dead needs to deal with Lisa! Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!
