"Be warned if you work with efindoutthetruth.com you're in for a surprise. They seem to have a tendency to use scare tactics and belittling the customer to try to get away with their horrible customer service.

We had a horrible experience with them and it seems we're not alone. "I ordered a county wide search from these guys. That is a special search where they allegedly hire a private detective to personally search county microfiche records. After over 30 days of waiting I e-mailed them asking for my report. After a week or so they sent me a two line report saying no records found, with no evidence they did anything.

At a minimum I would expect a report stating what records they search, where those records were housed, who searched them. At least some kind of verification they did the work. When I questioned them further they ignored my e-mails. It appears I have been scammed. See below for more victims:
