To defense some negative reviews. Most of the problems are due to 1. price mistake 2. inventory is out of stock cause the delay or cancellation of the order. These problems are inevitable for the company that sell more than 1000 items /day . They are tried to correct the problem with the coupon code but people abused the coupon (use multiple times ) .
