"Purchased the Brother LC41 ink set(9 cartridges) and received the item after 9 business days (Markham, Ont.). eforcity made a mistake and shipped out only 2 of 3 black ink cartridges but I did get 3 cyan cartridges instead of 2 as per the package bundle. Email eforcity the info and they promptly replied and they shipped out the 3rd blank ink cartridge the next day. I received the 3rd cartridge in 11 business days. A+ rating for eforcity for their GREAT service and good shipping time."
