"I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Eforcity.com. I purchased a LCD TV Wall Mount for what was seemingly a good price. Unfortunately, the product was NEVER sent to me. The product was initially to be sent to Canada and was instead sent to Tennessee. Eforcity did not even know this. I had to tell them after I noticed it in the UPS tracker. Then despite my complaints, I only received an e-mail explaining that they would now wait another week to have the product shipped back to their warehouse before sending it out to me again. They could have easily taken another product from their inventory and sent it but decided not to. Finally, after a few weeks, they received the product back and "sent it back to me". However, once again, it was sent to the wrong address in the U.S. and not to me in Canada. Every effort that I have made to contact a supervisor has been completely ignored. They have no phone number to contact and only reply with standard e-mails that do not address my issues.
I am attempting to cancel my order and I will never order from Eforcity again.
