"My first experience ordering furniture online and what a positive experience with efurniture mart. I was very nervous and read every review which overall were favorable The process was professional and the product perfect. I purchased (4) of the Jofran Carlsbad counter chairs in the red leather. I was pleased with the color, which was not a bright red but more of a rich burgandy. Fortunately I had the opportunity to sit on this chair prior to purchase so I knew how comfortable it was. The assembly was easy. Thanks! "

"The furniture was delivered FAST! I was expecting it to takes several weeks for the furniture to arrive. It was so well packed that there was not a scratch or dent on the furniture.

The furniture was gorgeous and matched the photo on their webiste.

I would definitely use the service again.

"It took several weeks to receive my order. When it finally arrived there was a fine over-spray of a different color paint all over the metal bed. Where is the Quality control??? I'm using a magic eraser to try and fade the light tan paint dots all over the white bed, because I don't feel like going through the hassle of trying to return the item, get my money back and then find another bed. :("

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My wife and I purchased a new Atlantic Furniture bed from efurniture, thinking it was a good deal money-wise, and considering our experience buying online from other retailers, we thought it was a safe bet. First: the freight company said that they would be here within a certain time frame on a certain day, and when they did not show up in that time frame, I called them. The person I spoke to, Tim, said that they had been here, that they waited around for fifteen minutes; when I asked if they had knocked on the door to ensure we could hear them (our doorbell does not work), he said, "Of course--we don't just stand around looking at houses." RUDE. So I called efurniture to see if they could look into the problem and somehow make the situation right. Essentially, they said that since this was a third-party freight company, they could not help me out. Second: if you are going to do business, you need to take ownership of the transaction, start to finish. If you are going to use a particular freight company, you need to have some way of offering compensation to the customer for not just their screw-up, but also for their downright disrespectful behavior. Third: when the four boxes containing the bed finally arrived (a week late, mind you), the slat kit box was open on one end. ONE OF THE ESSENTIAL PIECES HAD FALLEN OUT. Efurniture, you need to get a new freight company. AND you need to own the mistakes and somehow make the situation right--whether that's a discount to the customer or some sort of store credit. Unprofessional. "

"First time buyer via eFurnitureMart therefore I was somewhat nervous that the product and company would achieve my expectations. Upon delivery and very easy set up they exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. The product was exactly (except better) than pictured, it was well wrapped to prevent damage during shipping (my big concern) and arrived in a very timely manner. Would and did recommended to friends and family, I would purchase with eFurnitureMart again without question. This experience was much better than the one we recently experienced in a large furniture showroom, thank you.

"Great delivery time, perfect product. There was one nick under the ledger of the buffet but out was easily touched up and out of view anyways. I would have liked to have seen it shipped on a skid since it weighed 200 lbs.

"They started off good, however quickly went downhill. Their website messed up an order charging me (and delivering) 8 chairs and table for a 5 piece set. They haven't responded to 4 follow-up emails trying to fix the problem. And they also utilize an absolutely horrible delivery company (Estes). The driver literary dropped a pallet of furniture in the parking lot in front of my residence and immediately ran off claiming he didn't have time for me to even look at the boxes (for damage) much less move the furniture inside the house. This was reported to eFurnitureMart to only get a response of "that shouldn't have happened." I would not recommend them to anyone ever again."

"I cancelled my order the next day, however the stools were sent out in error. I refused the order but the following week the stools reappeared! A little inconvenient, but managed to have FEDEX pick them up the next day. I was not charged so all is well."
