Didn't except it to be good!

"I bought a new phone for a great price and it came in 6 working days! I admit I was a little wary from bad reviews but I paid with PayPal and figured the savings where worth the risk of it taking ages to come or not come at all! But the service, communication was great fast and the product is excellent. So I went well for me!"

Avoid this SCAM at all cost

Basically, because of some design flaws of the website, I was not allowed to edit my delivery address upon check out so that I accidentally place an order with my previous address. I shortly sent them requests to change my delivery address. First they replied me with links to check the order status, followed by dispatching the item without any amendment! I then sent them further requests and they said they had contacted their logistic and the courier . Yet turned out they did nothing the parcel was still delivered to the old address. The parcel was then returned to their warehouse by the courier and ever since they stopped responding to me requests.

It has been 15 days now since the item was returned but I still not have my refund. I will need to get my bank involved or even report them to the UK authorities.

My conversation with them was a pure frustration as they did not seem to understand English very well.

You cannot trust the reviews on their website neither. As they deleted my 1star review there.

AVOID this SCAM company for your own sakes. I would give them 0 star if 1 star was not the lowest possible score.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM

"DO NOT USE - THIS SITE IS SCAM!! I returned my mobile phone order in October which had to be sent to HK and costed me 200 EUR out of pocket despite the fact that I ordered through the German site and the original product was sent from the UK. I first became suspicious when FedEx couldn't find the address or contact the company. After lots of hard work, I finally traced the company so FedEx could return the product (after multiple re-deliveries). But now I'm still waiting for the refund! The company keeps insisting that the bank transfer has been made, but each follow up the date of transfer changes - first they said they processed the payment on the 1st Dec, then they said it was made 18th Dec, and now they are just plain ignoring my messages. This experience has been a complete nightmare, I have no phone, no refund and had to pay 200 EUR out of pocket to send the product back."

Underrated

"Reading through there's a lot of complaints about the company, however I wanted to set the record straight and have posted this review in a few places. I ordered before Xmas and the products arrived in the New Year. I was very worried about slow delivery, so raised a support ticket. By the time they replied, it had already been dispatched and everything arrived well. No issues and brand new products.

I purchased a Galaxy Note 8 256GB Dual Sim and a Dex dock. The first product is not available in Europe, so as expected this was the Hong Kong model which is British plug, and European LTE bands. Setting the phone up is a matter of changing language but after doing that there are no issues.

I wanted to post here to clear things up: I got the products I paid for, yes their support doesn't answer very fast, but they do answer and shipping was fast considering this was xmas.

One area that remains gray is the warranty, but I would expect the retailer to cover the EU law of 2 years and their site states as much. Hopefully I don't need to find out.

Ordering from eglobal saved a considerable amount of money and was pain free. You should allocate a bit of time for shipping and be patient.

DO NOT BUY, YOU CAN LOSE MONEY

"I bought a Canon Camera from this company. It developed fault, which would be under a normal Canon warranty. However, Canon said their warranty is not valid for goods bought from this company as they are sourced from outside Europe. The camera was already with Canon for repair, and I had to pay. EGlobal did nothing to assist, just sent back standard nonsensical replies of no relevance. They wouldn't even give me a credit note. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN!"

Absolutely Horrific Online Retailer

"I received my Samsung S3 Tablet, after 4 weeks of waiting, and 2 emails from them.

As a regular ecommerce consumer, you will not get anything near the level of service you'd expect from an online retailer in the UK. These guys are a UK storefront for a Hong Kong company, and communication is definitely not a high priority for them.

After taking my money within 72hrs, then emailing me (1 of 2) 24 hrs later to say "Order Processing", I was left in waiting. I then sent numerous emails to the email they supplied me, asking for an update. I then resorted to opening a PayPal dispute with them, to which I still had to wait for a response. Then last week Thursday, I received a "Order dispatched" (2 of 2) email from them, with no details regarding a tracking number, courier company. Today I received it out of no where.

It is easy to see how many of their Google reviews (on Ekomi and on site) are doctored. Do not trust them.

Yes, I saved £53 on my device, but it was not worth the stress of fearing you've been scammed out of money. Do not use this company in the hopes they realize they can't compete with far better retailers in the UK market.

Unreliable

"My order has been "processing" for a whole month now and no answers or clarifications despite several email sent.
Totally unreliable and irritating. Will never buy again from them. Luckily I paid Paypal so I can get the money back.

RIP and cruel.

"I’ve waited 3 weeks no phone. I can’t have a refund because they say it’s dispatched. The delivery company states they don’t have the phone. This was going to be my sons main Christmas present. My bank now is taken action because of fraud. I am hoping that they will deliver my phone so I can just stop worrying and look forward to Christmas."

Very expensive to return, and very length RMA process.

"Purchased a Sony Xperia XZ, found out weak and unstable cellular data. Tested with other phones such as Samsung S3 S6 and S8, all works fine but the Sony. Tried the RMA. Seller says phone is working good, and offer to ship the phone back with $25 fee in additional to the $50 return shipping label fee.
If you absolutely have to buy from this seller, hopefully you don't ever have to return the product. Otherwise, $70 fees minimum. Besides, the RMA process is very length, and the RMA system/website disappears sometime(give 502 error).
Good luck future buyers (again if you absolutely have to buy from this seller).

"I used eGlobal Central for the first time to purchase a new lens for my Nikon dslr. I was attracted to the site by the excellent prices - the best I could find online. Customer service was excellent, my questions were answered promptly and politely. The lens arrived quickly, well protected in a few layers of packaging. I'm delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this company to others"

Totally Worthless RMA Policy

"Be Aware. I purchased a Asus phone from them in the amount of $516.00 on 2/2/17. The phones camera failed after 6 months and I was told to send it to them to get repaired. The phone has a one year warranty. I spent $80.00 to ship it to Hong Kong. The phone was received on 8/18/17. It is now 11/14/17 and I still do not have my phone. I keep getting excuses like they are still trying to fix it, they are doing final testing. Nothing but BS. THEY HAVE HAD MY PHONE FOR ALMOST 90 DAYS. I even went so far as to tell them to just give me a prorated buy out because I’ve had to purchase another phone.
Please save you money and do not every purchase anything from this company. It’s obvious they don’t stand by their word or products.

Acceptable delivery time but non-operating camera and long return process

"I ordered a compact camera Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II on the 7th of last October. I received it in France on the 17th (10 days), which is a reasonable delivery time. But unfortunately, the camera was not operational at all, even supplied by USB.
Then I declared the issue on the RMA portal of eGlobal Central.
After making a movie to demonstrate the failure of the camera to operate, the camera was conveniently picked up by DHL on the 26th of October (9 days), which is quite long. It has been received by eGlobal Central on the 30th (5 days). But after 12 days, the camera is still "under examination".

"Very Horrible Customer Care and Phone not working.Very Bad support after the sale. I purchased a oneplus3T phone from eGlobalCentral. I reported that there is issue with US network band and ALert button with this phone. they told me to send a video and ship the phone to them for repair which their service center is only in China and now they are telling there is no fault in the phone. Seriously eGlobalcentral.com is the site from US but service center is in China. Phone manufacturer says there is a problem in Phone but eGloalcentral says there is no problem since they do not do any debugging on the phone. I recommand people"DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM eGLOBALCENTRAL" site."
