"When editing or completing the profile, there are a lot of glitches and it soedn't seem to take updates very well. My profile seems to randomly switch between a US version and a international/Australian version (the sports all change for example, or mu height flicks between feet and inches or CM)
I very much liked the indicator of when was the last time the person was on line, his has now gone, maybe at the requesy of other patrons. I do think there should be some kind of indicator if the account has not been accessed for a month or 6 weeks. This would save people wating their time with potential matches who have move on. i appreciate that as a business e-harmony lik to leave these people on the database with no indicator as it makes you look bettr withmore matches per serson but i think this is inaccurate and deceptive. No one cares if you have 50,000 matches listed if none of them are actually using the system. So kind of warning/indicator of long term inactivity would improve the site immensely. Also the nufge feature seems to have gone, maybe that was also based on customer feedback, I am not so bothered about that feature but I did like it.
Lastly, I have, on occasion, accidentally blocked someone I was chatting with, basically hitting the wrong key - do you guys offer a service whereby an account you blocked can be retreived? That would be a seldom used but handy safety net for those like me that occasionally hit the wrong buttons."
"I am a Christian woman in my 30's & was looking for someone local in Canberra. Not many matches & all of them live hundreds of km away. The matches are not matches at all. This site is so expensive for nothing. I should have read the reviews first. The app shuts down & is never working & sometimes the matches are people who are not active or left this site. I should meet someone in church & trust God instead of depending on a computer to match me up with someone that does not exist. What a stupid mistake to have made. No dates, no Christian men & I have lost money Eharmony is a joke. God is the answer, not joining a dating site like eharmony to find a man. "
"The process to signing up to eharmony was too long and drawn out. I saw no suitable matches especially none my age. The way you keep asking a possible match is long winded too. I would not recommend eharmony to friends."

"Have not been happy with matching service. EVERY match is marked as outside my preferences. 50% do not include a photo nor have they filled out the questions (so how are they matched?). Some (a lot) have not been online for over a month or left eharmony at the time they are sent to me. There is a very limited selection in the "what if" section if I choose to look there and then contact is limited to eh mail contact only (no smile option available)."

I've been approached by someone who claimed he was an officer in the Defence Forces who turned out to be totally fictious, an interstate South American guy who dumped me for someone else he'd met while continuing to liaise on this site with me and several guys who seemed interested only to "disappear" and stop communicating. It's been a real disappointment. "
